i’m sam, a ryt 500 yoga teacher, nike trainer, holistic health coach , creator and ceramicist.
from orginally finding yoga to support my mental health, it is now my passion to share these wellbeing TOOLS and make yoga accessible, creatING inclusive spaces for all to support optimum health THROUGH MINDFUL MOVEMENT.
